PolicyReturn & Refund Policy

VIPEARLIFE accepts returns and exchanges of goods that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or incorrect within 14 days after the original delivery date. The returned product must be labeled with VIPEARLIFE. If you need to return the item, please visit our return portal or any retail store.

All online returns require a return fee of $10. The return fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Goods returned due to damage or error will not be charged a return fee.

Final sale item: All items marked as final sale, including gift cards, shopping gifts, discounted items (priced), or personalized/letter items, are non returnable and non exchangeable. Products marked as “exchange only” are limited to the same product, and there are alternative sizes or colors of equal value available for selection.

Damaged or incorrect product: Please contact customer service for assistance within 14 days of receipt.

After 14 days from the original delivery date, damaged or incorrect goods will no longer be accepted. Please note that you are responsible for the product before it is delivered to us.
